| Terms & Conditions – LEADIA Academy Last updated: August 2026 Welcome to LEADIA Academy, an online learning platform providing professional education and training in project management, PMP® exam preparation, Agile practices, and related professional development topics. By accessing or using this website, creating an account, purchasing a course, or accessing any LEADIA Academy learning materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or enrolling in a course. 1. General Overview LEADIA Academy provides online educational content, which may include video lessons, presentations, practice questions, mock exams, templates, downloadable resources, and other learning materials. All content is provided for educational and professional development purposes only. Enrollment in a LEADIA Academy course does not guarantee passing any certification examination, obtaining employment, promotion, or any specific professional outcome. 2. User Accounts Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. Course access is granted solely to the registered learner. Sharing account credentials or providing another person with access to paid courses or restricted learning materials is prohibited. LEADIA Academy reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized account sharing, misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. 3. Course Access & Enrollment Course access begins after successful enrollment and confirmation of payment, where applicable. The PMP® Masterclass and Agile course currently include 12 months of access from the date of enrollment, unless a different access period is clearly stated on the relevant course or product page at the time of purchase. Access periods for other courses, products, or services may vary and will be displayed on the applicable product or enrollment page. LEADIA Academy may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or expand course materials during the access period to maintain educational quality and relevance. Such updates do not reduce the learner’s originally purchased access period. 4. Payments Payments are processed through the payment methods and approved payment service providers displayed at checkout. Availability of specific payment methods may vary by country, currency, payment provider, or transaction. LEADIA Academy does not directly store customers’ complete payment card information where payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. A purchase is considered confirmed once successful payment has been verified. 5. Refund Policy We want learners to have reasonable time to evaluate whether a course is suitable for them while protecting digital educational content from misuse. A refund request may be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that: less than 20% of the applicable course content has been accessed or completed; the course has not been completed; the account has not been shared or used in violation of these Terms; and substantial downloadable course resources have not already been downloaded or otherwise accessed in a manner that allows continued use after a refund. Where eligibility can reasonably be verified through the learning platform, account activity may be reviewed when assessing a refund request. A refund may also be considered where a verified technical issue originating from LEADIA Academy prevents reasonable access to the purchased course and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period after being reported. Refunds will not normally be provided for: requests submitted after the 7-day refund period; substantial use or completion of the course; misuse or unauthorized sharing of an account; dissatisfaction caused solely by failure to meet personal study goals or certification examination results; issues caused by the learner’s device, internet connection, unsupported software, or other circumstances outside LEADIA Academy’s reasonable control. Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically available. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law. 6. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, all original LEADIA Academy course materials, videos, presentations, graphics, templates, practice questions, question banks, designs, downloadable resources, and educational content are owned by or licensed to LEADIA Academy. Enrollment grants the learner a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use purchased learning materials for personal educational purposes during the applicable access period. Unauthorized copying, recording, reproduction, redistribution, resale, publication, public sharing, or commercial use of LEADIA Academy content is prohibited. 7. PMP®, PMI® and Third-Party Trademarks PMP®, PMI®, and related trademarks are the property of the Project Management Institute, Inc. LEADIA Academy provides independent educational and exam-preparation services. Unless expressly stated and officially documented, references to PMI®, PMP®, professional standards, examination content, or related frameworks do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with the Project Management Institute. Any other third-party trademarks referenced on the website remain the property of their respective owners. 8. Educational Content and Updates LEADIA Academy makes reasonable efforts to keep educational content accurate, relevant, and up to date. Professional standards, examination structures, certification requirements, and third-party policies may change over time. Learners are encouraged to verify current examination and certification requirements directly with the relevant certification body before registering for an examination. 9. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, LEADIA Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or learning materials. LEADIA Academy does not guarantee any particular examination result, employment outcome, financial benefit, or professional advancement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. 10. Availability and Technical Access LEADIA Academy aims to maintain reliable access to its online services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party service providers, hosting issues, internet infrastructure, security measures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where a material access problem originates from LEADIA Academy, reasonable efforts will be made to restore access as soon as practicable. 11. Changes to Courses or Services LEADIA Academy may improve or modify course structure, presentation, platform features, learning materials, or supporting resources where reasonably necessary. Any material change affecting an existing learner’s purchased access or entitlement will be handled fairly and in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of purchase. 12.
