Technical Access Issues\n\nA refund may also be considered where a **verified technical issue originating from LEADIA Academy prevents reasonable access to the purchased course** and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period after being reported.\n\nBefore approving a refund for a technical issue, LEADIA Academy may first attempt to troubleshoot or restore access to the purchased content.\n\n## 3. Non-Refundable Cases\n\nRefunds will not normally be provided in the following circumstances:\n\n* the request is submitted more than **7 calendar days after purchase**;\n* the learner has substantially used or completed the course;\n* the applicable course progress exceeds the **20% eligibility threshold**;\n* substantial downloadable course resources have already been accessed or downloaded;\n* the account has been shared, transferred, or used in violation of LEADIA Academy’s Terms & Conditions;\n* the request is based solely on failure to achieve a particular certification examination result, study objective, employment outcome, or professional goal;\n* the access issue is caused by the learner’s device, internet connection, unsupported software, or other circumstances outside LEADIA Academy’s reasonable control.\n\nAny special promotional offer that has different refund conditions must clearly state those conditions before purchase.\n\nNothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.\n\n## 4.
